While creating this piece, I let my intuition guide me and I saw shapes and figures in the way the paint landed. I started to draw them in with pencil and then with ink and this is what resulted. I resisted it at first. A centaur? But that's what came, so here it is.
It felt like the centaur was making some kind of offering or sending some kind of wordless message through the bubbles that floated up through the sky and blew the young woman's hair into a frenzy.
This piece is approximately 9"x12" with acrylic and pen and ink on watercolor paper.
*High quality prints available. Printed on professional grade, velvet fine art paper with a white border for framing. Regular prints are on 13"x19" paper and small print are on 8.5"x11" paper. Framed regular prints would be in a simple, black, 16"x20" frame.
